نظام های جهانی هرروز آرزوهای جدیدی دارند وایده های نوینی ابراز میکنند ، این نوین پردازی ها مبتنی بر تغییراتی است که قبل از آرزوی های بشر رخ میدهد ، یعنی انسان ها ، دولت ها ونظام های اجتماعی ، همواره از تغییرات مقدر ( که آنها را نا به هنگام می پندارند ) عقب هستند ، ودرمیان دو جریان پیشین وپسین، بیماری های محتوم را حس میکنند وحاضر به پیشگیری نیستند وهزینه های بیماری های ناشی از این جریان های محتوم را میپردازند که چندین برابر هزینه پیشگیری است وفقط کسانی از حکما ، اندیشمندان ، کاشفان ، وفیلسوفان ومحققان نیک اندیش ، از روی نشانه شناسی ورمز ورازهای پشت واقعیت ها ، سیمای مقدرات آینده را فهم میکنند ویافته خود را در نسخ موثر به ابنای بشر اعطاء می نمایند وبقیه خواب هستند ونیاز مند بیداری میباشند.

پیری وکهن سالی جوامع بشری اکثر کشورهای جهان را دربر گرفته است وکشورهای ژاپن ،سوئیس وده کشور اروپای غربی ، افریقای شمالی وجنوبی ، ، کانادا ، استرالیا ، آلمان ، روسیه ،فرانسه ، امریکا ، ایتالیا ، ایرلند با رشد بیشتری در حال کهولت هستند و بلاخره برای دفاع از مرز وبوم کشورها وکشاورزی وتولید محصولات مورد نیاز بشر، عده ای پیر زن وپیر مرد می مانند که این سالمندان نیز ، نیازمند پرستاری خواهند بود ، البته مقدرات محتوم نگهبان پایداری بشر خواهد بود ولی این پایداری نصیب هر کس ویا هر کشورنخواهد شد وباید توجه باین نکته داشت که موضوع جوان سازی ابنای بشر وجلوگیری از پیر شدن مردم جهان یک رویکرد جانبی نیست ، بلکه یک داکترین همه جانبه ومشترک بین کشورها ونیازمند تدوین استراتژی سریع است .
Old aged and indolence of human community got over all countries and the countries of Japan, Switzerland, and 10 countries, headed by Switzerland, are in Western Europe, Canada, Australia, Germany, Russia, France ,US, Italy ,and Ireland are getting old more than others countries and will remain so much many adults of old aged women and men those who couldn’t defend of their country’s boundaries and they won’t produce their needs things, of course the contingent affairs are sustainable guarder , no doubt, but this stability won’t be portion to any country , and must be many of young people protects them only, of course, this protection won’t be for every country and should be attention to this point that important subject of renewal mankind of communities isn’t a subordinate approach, but it is a convergent doctrine and held in common between countries and it is necessary to appointment the speed strategy about this matter.
ملت ها در بروز این پدیده شوم غفلت ها ئی داشته اند ، لذا کارهائی را باید به شرح زیر انجام داده تا جریان تاریخ را به نفع خودشان تغییر دهند بیست نظم افزایش اولاد:
- طرد رفیق بازی دختر وپسر وافزایش ازدواج های دائمی یا مدت دار
- دادن اعانه کافی برای مادران در حال بارداری ونگهداری نوزاد تا سن مقرر
- سرعت دادن به مهاجرت با ازدواج اجباری وسالم واصلاح قوانین مروطه
- ۱۲ راه عشق همسری برای ازدواج کنندگان ودادن جوایز وتقدیر نامه ها
- اصلاح ساختار خیریه ها برای انجام کمک ویاری وتشویق ازدواج جوانان
- اصلاح قانون در مورد بستن لوله ها ومجاری ایجاد نطفه از زن ومرد ، کاهش استفاده از کاندوم ، سقط جنین ویا هر اقدامی که کنون موجب کاهش ازدواج وتولید نسل بوده است
- جلوگیری از ساختن زنان پلیمری ویا اسبات وآلات انزال وتسکین باع وغیره واصلاح قانون ومقررات .
- عقد پروتکل های افزایش نسل بین کشورهای برای بالانس نیروی انسانی جوان
- اعطای هزینه معیشتی لازم به خانوارهای صاحب اولاد
- دادن فرصت لازم برای تولید نسل
- تنظیم قانونی کار نرمال برا ی زنان باردار از نظر ساعات کار واقامت بیشتر در منزل
- رعایت حریم وحرمت خانوارها وزندگی خصوصی افراد
- تنظیم قانونی قلمروهای آینده فرزندان وسهم از دارائی کشور متبوع
- منع کردن زنان باردار از نوشیدن مواد الکلی وافیونی ومضر بحال طفل در شکم
- رفع بیکاری برای خانواده های صاحب فرزند
- تغییر نقش زن وشوهر در زندگی زناشوئی
- تقلیل سن ازداج به زیر ۲۰ سال
- حفظ سلامت کودکان وجلوگیری از مرگ ومیر کودکان وبخصوص کودکان بی سرپرست ویتیمان
- طرد رژیم یک بچه داشتن وتشویق برای تولید فرزندان بیشتر
- مدیریت وبرنامه ریزی وتعیین پروژه ها ومجریان وتنظیم ساختارهای لازم
Nations have neglected to happen these bad omen events, therefore we must do many works such as follow, till the current of history will chance for mankind, s benefit, and 20 discipline for increasing child as follows:
Increasing healthy marriage and keep companion game between girl and boy a way.( Constantly or payable at maturity)
- Paying enough contribution to pregnant mothers and keeping her new child till legal age.
- Accelerating to emigration by compulsory healthy marriage and amending the related on law.
- ۱۲ ways loves for couple is married by prizes and appreciation.
- Amending of charity structures for helping to increase marriages
- Amending the related on law for closing the gonium, decreasing condoms and miscarry.
- Amending the related on law about prevention of building woman as polemically or others means for voluptuousness.
- Making protocol between countries for balancing young force power
- Paying grand of livelihood to family has children
- Giving the more necessity opportunities for generating offspring
- Putting a normal working for women and more stay whom at home.
- Considering of limits and respect around family and their private living
- Putting a legal system for future children’s territories and share of them from country’s wealth.
- Prohibiting of pregnant woman to drink wine , drugs and harms things
- Removing of unemployment of family have son or daughter
- Changing the role of man and woman in married life.
- Decreasing the marriage age under 20
