Difference between speech and language in related to usefulness science and ethics
اولین نکته ای که دراین مورد به ذهن خطور میکند اینست که تفاوت اساسی بین سخن(speech ) وزبان(language ) باید باز گشائی شود برای اینکه در این مبحث وسیع از بحث زبان شناسی وگفتمان وانواع واقسام آنها ، هم پوشانی وجود داشته وخلط مباحث شده است .
The first point that is occurring to the mind, it should be discover to make Difference between speech and language, because, in this vast discussion, conversation and many kinds of them, there are Overlapping and confused discussion.
تفاوت بین زبان وسخن ، در واقع تفاوت بین دستورات زبان شناسی (Linguistic )وگفتمان( debate, discourse, disputation, dispute ) است ،گفتار(Speech )، بیان کلامی زبان است و شامل بیانی است که ضمن برخورداری از دستور زبان ( Grammar) ، هویت وماهیت گوینده نیز در بیان دخالت دارد ، تفاوت زبان با سخن مثل تفاوت ریاضی ومصادیق ریاضی است ، یک باضافه یک میشود دو ، ولی یک سیب باضافه یک سیب نمی شود دو سیب ، برای اینکه این مصداق ساده در حکم یک مجموعه است ، در دستور زبان مثل اصول ریاضی ، حقیقت وجود دارد ولی در سخن وری ، مذاکره ، عقد قراردادها وکسب وکارها از نیات اشخاص وده ها عوامل مداخله کننده وامر مقصود، امر محتمل وامر قطعی وجود دارند واین مجموعه واقعی است، نه حقیقی ، در مصادیق ، همواره حقیقت در پشت واقعیت ها ، پنهان است وتمام مشکلات ، چالش ها وکشمکش های جهانی در نهان بودن این حقایق است .
Difference between speech and language, indeed, it is Difference between Linguistic and discourse (or disputation, dispute and debate), Speech is commandmental lecture of language and it is including all of Grammar and identity, condition, values and heartfelt lecturer, Difference between speech and language, likeness of mathematics and certified mathematics are. one plus one become two, but one apple plus one apple doesn’t be two, because each apple is a set not one only, mathematics is truly itself , but in eloquence , negotiating , contracting and business , there are individual’s purposes , command of intention , probable’s commands , certain commands and hundreds of interferers , so, this set is real not truth , therefore , there is always truth at the back of revenue operation and all difficulties, challenges and conflicts in the world to hide the truths are.
دربیان حقیقت ، ما مشکلی با ریاضی ودستورزبان نداریم ، با عدم مفسرحقیقی روبروهستیم ، با تحلیل گر داده مشکل داریم ،با سخن وران سود جو ، ما مشاور میان رشته ای کافی نداریم ، و… در واقع مشکل ما با انسان است.
In the statement of truth, we don’t have any difficult with mathematics and Grammar, indeed, we have so difficult by non- existence truly interpreters, we have so difficult with data analyzers, with usurer’s speakers, we don’t have interdisciplinary experts and so on, in truth, our so difficult with mankind.
دربیان حقیقت،متن نیازمند به زبان است وزمینه متن نیاز به زبان شناسی است وزبان شناسی نیازمند به فلسفه انسان شناسی است ، در سخن وری ، شخص نیازمند ادبیات تخصصی ذیربط موضوع سخن است ، ادبیات نیازمند شاخص و استاندارد است وسخن گو نیازمند باور وایمان بوده وطرفدار حق است .
In the statement of truth, text is needy to language and language is needy to Linguistic and Linguistic is needy to philosophy of anthropology, in the eloquence, eloquent is needy to expert literature and related to the subject if speech, literature is needy to indicators and standard, and lecturer is needy to belief and be adherent of right side.
به عقیده راقم این سطور ، زبان وسخن ، یا ادبیات وگفتگو ، زبان شناسی وسخن وری، رودخانه هائی هستند که بهم می پیوندند ، که در بحر العلوم زبان شناسی جهان سرازیر میشوند واز این دریا ی ژرف وشگفت که انسان های حق جو آفریده اند ، ابرهای دانائی برآسمان انسان های فرهیخته ، روانه شده وباران دانش بر سر آنان نازل میشود واینک ما در آشکار سازی حق وحقیقت ، بااین بحر العلوم سر وکار داریم .
In my opinion, speech and language, or literature and Speech, Linguistic and discourse, all of them are many rivers those joint together and be turned upside down to sea-sciences of Linguistic in the world and from this deep and wonder sea those human who seeking right have created it, clouds of knowledge are going to over sky of wise human and are raining over their heads, and now we have concern by this sea- sciences for discovering right and truth.

- در هر پیش آمد مشکلی ، صبوری وتلاش ، راه حل اساسی است
- از آنچه شمارا بکارهای بد ویا خوب می اندازد ، اجتناب کنید ، چون بد وخوب بودن کارها را انسان فی نفسه میداند
- خیریه مردم باید خیر خواهانه باشد ، نه بخشش چیزهائی که کهنه ودور ریختنی است
- موقعی حقوق مردم ایفاء میشود که به عدل رفتار شود
- کسانی دم را خوش میگذراند خیلی ضرر میکنند ، ولی کسانی که به عاقبت کار می اندیشند ، به حسن عاقبت موفق خواهند شد
- کسی در راه حق است که استراتژِی او دراین رابطه قوی باشد وکسی که درراه باطل است استراتژِی او ضعیف است
- با مردم به احترام رفتار کنید تا مردم با شما به احترام رفتار کنند
عبارات فوق به حق گفته شده است ومعیار هستند
Please pay attention to phrases as follows:

- People are in charge of charities, not forgiven by their old- things those throw off or keep a way.
- When pay to people righteously that even if do justice
- Those who living in flesh – pate at choke-damp, they will loss, but those who think to the end of their actions, they will success at ending well
- Those who is in the way of right, that his strategy be strong, and those who is in the way of false, his strategy is weakness
- Behave with people respectouthly, till, people will Behave better than with you
Above mentioned phrases are said in right and those are criterion.
